Glad it's over!

What a long long day! LOL!

So I have a class of 37 students...yes I said 37 8th graders in one room for 50 minutes. Today they were like little wild animals.  Finally had to just let loose on them and I hate doing that.  But I had had enough!  They weren't listening to directions or following them.  So so frustrating!  Definitely just like high school!

Then there was the next class...full of students who don't want to do anything. Today I let them correct a quiz they took on Friday for half-credit using calculators and notes.  Half of them turned nothing in!  What!!!  Got to find a way to motivate them to try.

The next two classes are fabulous!  Love them! 

And then there's my last class of the day.  The wild bunch!  Half of this class is out of control and never wants to stay seated or be quiet.  Two of them are on my last nerve and its only the 9th day of school.  Now I have all of these students earlier in the day at some point or another and they are fine but this mix is crazy!  We struggle to get anything done.  So glad to see the end of this day come!

Then to make matters worse, had to wait like 20 minutes for my grocery pickup at walmart!
